The Way I See It...

I’m dealing with this on a day to day basis. While i have a huge internet support system, Not one person I see daily has said a word about my weight loss. Just Keep Going. Is my motto. It hurts tho, I thought these ppl were my friends. i dont even talk to them about fitness.

week 12, 14, 16…..still stuck at 168 time to reevaluate my diet and and cardio routines. Weight training will remain the same. Its a process.

This is 12 weeks of clean eating, weight training and cardio. I am not super excited with the results. I know this is a life change not a 12 week change. I am motivated to continue because quitting is NOT an option. Lets see what the next 12 weeks brings! My butt looks better and I’m happy with that. JUST KEEP GOING!!! I’m down 2 dress sizes so I cannot complain about that!!
